When you think of moving a small factory and wonder how much hassle there will be - think of a number and double it - and then double it again!
At the end of a 5 year lease, bursting at the seams and conscious of the impact of 'A Day' and its neatly hidden restrictions on borrowing within SIPPS; getting out of the rented premises and into a new build before A Day seemed like a good idea.
Now that the bruising has subsided it probably was a good idea! But it was painful at the time
